Introducing 'Flow On'

'Flow On' is a specialised program tailored for students with disabilities as they transition from school to the next phase of their journey. Designed to maintain the familiar routines of school life while offering access to a range of sports, recreational and social activities, 'Flow On' empowers these individuals to thrive beyond the classroom.

LET US TELL YOU MORE…

Transitioning from school to adulthood is seamlessly facilitated by our program, which is intentionally designed around the routines already established in the schooling environment. Our participants can seamlessly merge into our program with minimal adjustment to their daily routine. Much like in school, our days are structured with familiar components such as recess and lunch, and engaging activities. Our environment encourages social interactions with like-minded individuals, just like the social dynamics experienced during school days.

At our 'Flow On' program, we strongly believe in the enduring value of social interaction throughout an individual's journey. These interactions play a crucial role in shaping character and building essential social skills, which are indispensable when integrating into the community, seeking employment opportunities, and nurturing lifelong friendships.
